Shire of Pine Rivers Bal Kid friendly Vacations

The room came as advertised. Budget...barebones, but in a good spot. It is about a 15 minute ride from the airport. Contrary to the listing on Expedia, they DO NOT have an airport shuttle available. Didi worked out okay, but was an extra expense. Within walking distance is a Pier for taking the shuttle ferry to the city, restaurants and I believe the cruise ships. But the motel itself is..well...barebones.

Great value and easy check in

Disgusting, room was covered in mould, no smoke alarm, blinds were broken and unusable in bedroom and bathroom. Main entrance doors were fully open at both entrance and exit with no lock. Arrived on a late night flight so had no choice but to stay as it was midnight. Room was fully unlocked when we arrived. Bed was as hard as a rock and also a cockroach in the crockery. Asked manager for a refund and my number was blocked and also was hung up on multiple times even when mentioning there was no smoke alarms Do not stay here it’s revolting

Room had 3 iced coffee cartons on the fridge, one still half full. Shared toilet had toilet paper roll completely unravelled on the ground and wet , with massive skid marks on the toilet for the 24 hour period we were there. Beds in our twin room were not comfortable

Hotel needs an upgrade, really badly, Car park had potholes throughout. The entrance door to our room was very grubby. Beds were stiff & pillows were flat.
