Disgusting, room was covered in mould, no smoke alarm, blinds were broken and unusable in bedroom and bathroom. Main entrance doors were fully open at both entrance and exit with no lock. Arrived on a late night flight so had no choice but to stay as it was midnight. Room was fully unlocked when we arrived. Bed was as hard as a rock and also a cockroach in the crockery. Asked manager for a refund and my number was blocked and also was hung up on multiple times even when mentioning there was no smoke alarms

Room had 3 iced coffee cartons on the fridge, one still half full. Shared toilet had toilet paper roll completely unravelled on the ground and wet , with massive skid marks on the toilet for the 24 hour period we were there. Beds in our twin room were not comfortable
