Rangárvallasýsla Kid friendly Vacations

Stayed for one night while on a layover. Very expensive to get too although the shuttle back is free. Beautiful location, room could have been cleaner but not bad at all. Loved the cozy vibes in the lobby area

Great location walkable to sights and dining in Old Town and along the river. Breakfast very good, and free parking a huge plus in that neighborhood. (but be forewarned the parking is very tight if you have an SUV, 4x4, any larger vehicle). Art collection is very quirky. Otherwise decor is very dark and a little dated in common spaces (not rooms), but we didn't care. Elevator very small/old. Only 1 person & baggage at a time.

Beautiful place, comfortable and staff is super nice. Room has a kitchen that actually includes key items like coffee, espresso, tea, milk, juice, corn flakes, etc.

Quite average hotel, unduly overpriced like all tourist venues and services in Iceland.

Clean and welcoming room. Good location.

Good stuff. Good breakfast. Ideal location for those traveling by car around Iceland. The only thing for the hotel is a smell in corridors. And the linens could be a better quality or replaced soon.
