Northeast Calgary Kid friendly Vacations

The television was not fully functional - they use androidtv, and the set-up was not completed, so we were unable to use it to watch television. We called the front desk who sent up maintenance, however, the person was not able to resolve the issue. the maintenance person was apologetic, but in my mind should have been familiar with the technology and resolve the issue. When mentioned again to the front desk at check out, they seemed unaware and/or unconcerned and did not offer even an apology. The bathroom only had 2 towels - we only had two people in the room, but the towels were not overly large and it would have been useful to have more available without needing to ask (as is standard at most hotels).

Outstanding hotel and staff. Stayed here multiple times prior to and after flights in and out of Calgary. Highly recommend 5 ⭐️ all the way.
