The hotel needs a makeover and a deep clean.
Receptionist got the date of our ferry booking wrong. The booking was related to the roof top pool being closed (mid summer) so they ran a ferry to the beach as compensation. Fine if the date was right.
The lobby WC was a mess in the morning when we were checking out.
Bed linen seemed to have high man-made fibre % Fine if that's your thing.

The breakfast staff, especially Emma and Karan, were pleasant and provided excellent service which made a delightful start to our day; certainly the outstanding members of the team.
The apartment was spacious with a large fully equipped kitchen and rooms were cleaned daily. There was ample parking space for the car.
There was a nice supermarket reasonably close by for all the necessary food shopping.
Overall an exceptional stay in this place and we will be back soon.
