Last two years it was excellent from service staff and the room but I came in a day late and informed them about it. It wasn’t the usual happy reassuring greeting at the front desk.. It was just a job get done. Room, no slippers, no was cloth/face towel in which I was always provide in the past two years I booked in. And when I ask they don’t know what a wash cloth was. So I use hand towel to scrub myself off during shower. Anyways thank u for accommodation for the past 3 years.

This property was stellar! I would definitely recommend. From the moment I checked in I was greeted and taken up to the 24th floor. The room was gorgeous. The only issue I had was with the AC, the previous tenant was of a different ethnicity and requested the cooling element disabled. Manila being so hot in April, it made the whole room feel damp. I had to call services to fix it twice before it was taken care of. Once fixed everything else was incredible. I would definitely recommend and I will be back.
