The best place we staying for our first Hawaii trip. If we ever visit again, I would stay here again!

We loved close proximity to everything, loved the beach. However, there were not nearly enough servers for all the people near the pool. The price to rent umbrellas and chairs was $100 a day and unfortunately, sitting with our towels in front of the hotel got difficult after 2 PM because the tide would come in and wipe out all the sand. So unless you had beach loungers all your things got soaked. I was yelled at by one of the workers renting beach loungers for putting my things on the chair. I just don’t think they pay enough attention to customer service like they do in other hotels. I’ve been to the staff needs to learn better skills. The pool is also very crowded and the adult pool really is small with difficult to get drink service

Excellent staff and facilities. Pool and restaurant services were top notch. Friendly and helpful at every turn. A little limited with options for morning coffee and sunset cocktails. Dolphin pool was entertaining and educational. Very peaceful alternative to downtown Waikiki.

Very Nice place to stay. Close to beach and restaurants.

Modern convention nice walking all day very closely to the beach beautiful. 36 floor city view is nice recommended.all restaurants close to everything. We stayed 8 nights taking Uber from this Resort is cheap. Thank you nice lady manager Lora ?working at towels area give us 4 beautiful purple laces . Absolutely come back for the next time.

The food was amazing , a little too expensive for the room, for that price we should have had a full kitchen, the water was a great temperature but the pool was not very clean for as many employees walking around, also found a roach in the bathroom, 🤔

If you have kids, this is the place to be at where it’s a good location and great staff. I like the fact there’s a full kitchen in the room. That helps with having more money in you pocket to enjoy your trip there. Meaning you can cook your own meals rather than coming out of pocket a lot . It’s a good place to be at if you want to be in the middle of it all.

Great hotel for families! The happy was the best! Lots of food and shopping within walking distance. Breakfast buffet was good and saved us a lot of money! Would stay here again!
