Had a wonderful stay. We did the prime rib buffet and it was good. Nachos by the pool were good. Hula pie— hands down the best! The hotel staff were amazing even with our flight being cancelled they booked us a discounted room and were very gracious. We appreciate all they did.

We had a good stay at The Laylow overall. We did have to move rooms three times because of a smell, but the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating throughout the process and ultimately moved us into an even better room. Once we were settled, the room was great!
We enjoyed the bar and restaurant for breakfast. The location is incredibly convenient to the beach (a short walk through the mall) and tons of restaurants, and we loved that the hotel provides beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella free of charge. Also, the noodle spot across the street is SO good!
Overall, it’s a nice hotel in the middle of a very busy area, and we really appreciated how hard the staff worked to make sure we had a good stay.

Room I was assigned was occupied by someone else when I got to the room.
It was marketed as a quiet place to rest away from the noise of the main area - but it was the sea world of hotels. Also they charged by for 2 nights for a 22hr stay because I arrived early in the morning.
