Netherlands Kid friendly Vacations

Everything about this hotel is 5 star. Simply an amazing stay - couldn’t have been better

Clean rooms, the fridge was broken for two days out of the four we were there, the staff didn’t even notice, they didn’t refill the shower/shampoo for two days straight. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good, however there were no changes in menu at all.

We were given a room immediately after 2:00 pm without having to wait. When the heating in the first room was not working, the staff promptly moved us to an upgraded room on a higher floor with more space, which we appreciated. The coffee machine in the room was also not functioning properly. The staff made an effort to repair it, and while the issue was not fully resolved, the machine had to be manually stopped to prevent over-pouring, it was at least usable.

All good. Clean rooms, nice staff, coffee and hot chocolates available in abundance in reception

Their service is excellent, the bed is very comfortable, and their guest relation, Paloma is a pearl! If you go to Amsterdam this is THE place to stay!!!

Perfect week long stay for family trip with adult kids and partners. Concierge was wonderful. Spa was great. Highly recommend!

I was accomodated for an early check in at 10am. prior to coming to amsterdam I emailed the hotel about our early arrival and so happy they have accomodated my request. Its my second time staying with them and will always choose Inntel hotel zandaam location is the best for people travelling with kids.

Great location and the room was perfect, enough space for all of us with an en-suite as well, shower was hot and powerful. The check in process was very easy and (although we didn’t use them) the option to leave bags in lockers was a nice touch. We had a lovely stay here!

Very nice, clean and a good location to take the tram to get to different parts of Amsterdam. Front desk staff is very helpful. I would stay here again.
