clean room, accesible to train and staff were very accomodating. I was accomodated for an early check in at 10am. prior to coming to amsterdam I emailed the hotel about our early arrival and so happy they have accomodated my request. Its my second time staying with them and will always choose Inntel hotel zandaam location is the best for people travelling with kids.

We were given a room immediately after 2:00 pm without having to wait. When the heating in the first room was not working, the staff promptly moved us to an upgraded room on a higher floor with more space, which we appreciated.
The coffee machine in the room was also not functioning properly. The staff made an effort to repair it, and while the issue was not fully resolved, the machine had to be manually stopped to prevent over-pouring, it was at least usable.
