Staff were very professional and friendly, room and view were incredible (room was very clean and put together), service at the attached restaurant was amazing (and food was delicious). No complaints whatsoever, will be coming back on future trips!

Highly recommend this hotel. Great location easy access to train and bus stations. Very walkable to many great attractions including CN Tower and the ballpark. Lots of restaurants nearby including both high-end and fast food options. Room was very clean and modern. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great job to all the employees of this establishment!

Second time staying here for a quick city get away and again, no complaints and will be back.

Superbe apparemment mais service pitoyable auprès de l’hôte. Cette appartement est stylé AirBnb, sans réception. Nous avons attendu plus de 2h avant d’avoir accès à la clé de l’appartement, aucune ligne téléphonique répondait, délais d’environ 5-10 min entre chaque courriel, refuse de m’appeler malgré la demande (5-6 fois).

Location and description were great. Lack of response to clarify how to complete the deposit ahead of time; got back to me on the day of my check-in. Very convenient place to stay, but note for the ladies, lighting is not favourable for makeup!

No pool no restaurant no nothing.. rooms were good though
