Clean room and family friendly

Room wasn’t absolute ocean view like what we booked and paid for - that was disappointing and poor value for money. Kitten has been updated but the rest of the apartment we stayed in was dated and pretty dusty and didn’t feel like it had been cleaned well. We also had no towels on arrival, asked for some and they didn’t get delivered to the apartment so had to then Call after hours line to get this organised again. Location and pool were a big hit. Might book again on day, but directly through hotel so we can ask about and pick the room that we actually pay for.

Everything was easy and professional. Plenty of dinning options and easy free parking. Love this place.

We stayed in a beautiful 3 bedroom Villa. It was perfect for our family of 7. Hotel staff was wonderful. Great looking property and fabulous pool area. Location is less than ten minutes from central Port Douglas. Access to the beach. We will definitely return for a longer stay!

Our room didn’t get made up, so had to use a wet towel the next day

Great for the price, only downside is how expensive the parking is ($50 for 2 days) But I guess that’s just how it is in the city, apart from that, everything was lovely and we would definitely stay again!
