Northern Australia Golf Vacations

The breakfast was nice, the rooms were large enough and the pool was lovely. The downside is that there are no lifts so we had to carry our luggage up and down the stairs for check-in/check-out. Other than that, we were happy with the resort.

Check-in was fast and simple

Staff incredibly nothing was a problem. Golf course for breakfast and lunches Top rate.

The place looks really aged. The access cards were hit and miss during our first night did not work properly at the glass door from the Level 2 parking to the lobby, on the lifts and on our main door. The lifts from Levels 2 and 3 parking to the lobby also looked old. Shower is ok, bed is ok but pillows were quite hard. We reported our access card to the receptionist and she was very accommodating and friendly. Cards were replaced. The people at the canteen area were also very friendly. The breakfast was ok, my children loved the pastries. No swimming pool.

Perfect place to stay for a family with young kids. Loads of activities. We loved the mini golf and the kids had a great time at kids club.

Second time here this year and again had a great stay. Kids love the pool, playgrounds and breakfast.

Lovely place to stay. Although it is an older hotel and rooms they are always upgrading and maintaining it beautifully. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Coconuts always looks after you, may a few more dollars to stay here, but cleanness the staff and if you have children the pool area etc is unbelievable it will keep yourr kids busy and quiet for hours

Room wasn’t absolute ocean view like what we booked and paid for - that was disappointing and poor value for money. Kitten has been updated but the rest of the apartment we stayed in was dated and pretty dusty and didn’t feel like it had been cleaned well. We also had no towels on arrival, asked for some and they didn’t get delivered to the apartment so had to then Call after hours line to get this organised again. Location and pool were a big hit. Might book again on day, but directly through hotel so we can ask about and pick the room that we actually pay for.
