Close to Waikiki and Bus Line. Great restaurants attached. Wonderful staff. Extremely convenient - they stored our luggage as we had a late departure. Then they gave us a room to change and shower- for free!!!

The ocean and mountains were visible from the room. The lanai was wonderful to have. Note: the resort is older and small details reveal the age, like popcorn ceilings and maybe peeling veneer on random furniture.
Staff and charm and history outweigh these asthetic concerns. It is a beautiful, welcoming resort!

I had corner unit so I overlooked at Bay great firework show on Friday night from Balcony loud cruisers in evening with blaring music heard all the way up to 16th floor not in properties control, Shopping Ala Moana mall almost attached convenient bridge to walk across with out have to cross streets
