Pool was almost as advertised just wasn’t as hot as we expected. Basically room temp. Our internet was horrible. Kept kicking us off and couldn’t watch live tv because it would stop a lot. Place was beautiful and the staff was excellent. But for the price I was expecting a bit more of no hassle room issues. They do have free chauffeur service in local area and the staff was super helpful.

部屋から湖が見え気持ちの良い滞在ができた。その上にあるスタバは歩いていけるので、少し違った風景が見れるし、ソニアガーデンも車で近い。バスタブの湯温は低いことや排水が悪いのか水で濡れてるなどが課題。まぁ、東南アジアでは良いあることですが、価格相応です。

場所　景色は良いです。　プールは綺麗。でもプライベートビーチは小さく、ちょっといまいちでした。　気をつけなくてはいけないのは、チェックインタイムです。アーリーチェックインはほとんど無理です。ホテルスタッフは厳しく、14：00まで待つ事を求めます。部屋はコテージ独立型なので良いのですが、　ちょっとベッドは硬い感じがしました。食事は問題なく食べれます。

地図に記載されている場所とは違う場所のマンションであったため、チェックインするのに時間がかかりいきなり不満になりました。さらにはドライヤーも洗濯機もあると言われましたが、どちらも重要なものなのに壊れていました。 残念でした。

This is Glamping! Beautiful views over the Taal lake and the volcano, feeling as living in the djungle but without the need for tent and camping fire: more civilized. On the downside, you have to be prepared for some animals that sneaks into your room as well; we had geckos and cockroaches. If you are uncomfortable with it you can always call the staff and they will come remove them, though. Definately more of a couples getaway or honeymoon, than family oriented or for solo travellers. But a really unusual place to stay for a few days. There are some limitations with food as only the hotel restaurant is available nearby - but you might get a Grab Food delivery, even if a couple of them cancelled our orders as it is a bit offside for the drivers - but if you find a restaurant as close to the hotel as possible it seemed to be easier to get orders accepted and delivered. I would definately be open to return some day again!
