I had an overall great experience during my stay. The property and room were spotless, very well-maintained, and comfortable throughout my visit. One of the highlights was the stunning glass elevators — such a unique feature — offering incredible views of the iconic Museum of the Future. It really made every ride up and down memorable.
The pool service was excellent, with attentive staff who made sure everything was taken care of. There were also plenty of good food choices available, and everything we tried was delicious.

Hotel was amazing. What was more amazing Was the staff. They literally went above and beyond in every category to make our trip pleasurable. Whether that was organising birthdays celebrations, special amenities for a disabled person. We threw quite a few problems at them, each of which they went above and beyond.
