We had a minor issue with the closet in our room; water was leaking. But this was remedied by putting us in another room. Gym was clean, staff were polite. Overall it was a good stay

The reason I booked this hotel, was cause it said it had an airport shuttle… well it does not. The front desk person said that they could book a taxi or Uber, but that they would charge it to the card on file. The second issue was that it also said it had a continental breakfast, it does not instead you have to pay $15 per adult for breakfast. The pool is also cold and the sauna is currently under renovation which they don’t let people know beforehand. They also have events going on to which they blast the music outside the hotel so if you want to open the window in your room, you can’t unless you want to be up till midnight.

Room was clean and decently equipped. Only encountered problems with the room safe that we had to call for help twice (first to get it to lock, 2nd time to get it unlocked). We just decided to give up using it for the remainder of our stay. On our check out morning, I discovered that the USB charging port I used overnight never charged my watch, but I was too hurried to report that. The staff were cheerful, courteous and prompt to help when requested. The daily breakfast buffet was substantial and very good to help us start our day before heading out sightseeing or visiting family.
