Room was clean and staff generally were friendly. However, it was chaotic on Sunday morning during breakfast. I believe there were passengers from stranded flight and looked like shortage of staff to cater for breakfast needs. Not enough cutlery, no glasses and cups for drinks, no fruit juice. People were eating on sofas or else they'll have to wait too long for tables. Better organisation of staff and resources/facilities would have been less chaotic.

The staff are amazing especially the front staff ! Rooms are huge and very clean with great views

Location couldn’t be better. Bed was super comfortable and room service was quick.

Parking adequate, overall experience good. Only negative is if you advertise breakfast it should be available, easy access to motor way
