"Staff very friendly and helpful. Step into tub was very high with no grab bars. Floor of tub very slippery and unstable(floor deflected a great deal). We stayed in the Colombier wing with no elevator. Manageable but getting more difficult for our age group. Great location for visiting Normandy sites. ..."
