Location is the highlight. Ringt in the centre of obvious Amsterdam attractions. One can easily walk.

Really nice property, excellent location, quiet and relaxed, as it was 25 minutes away from downtown Amsterdam via a tram you could board 3 minutes away from the property. Good restaurant on site and good food options nearby. Property has a washing center that has washers and dryers that work perfectly. Which was one of our decision key points. Would definitely recommend. A+

We had a very pleasant stay overall. The hotel staff were very accommodating and allowed us to check in a couple of hours early since our room was ready, which was greatly appreciated. The only issue we experienced was that the air conditioning in our room was not functioning properly.

Andaz Amsterdam was okay, but it would not be my first choice in Amsterdam. The hotel is convenient and the food was good, but the reception area is small and the modern design is not really my taste. The rooms are fine, but the beds were not very comfortable. There is no real spa, and the gym is too small for a hotel in this category. Overall, I would rate it closer to a 3-star hotel than a true 5-star hotel. I also think it is too expensive for what it offers.

I wanted to love my stay at the hotel. The front desk people were excellent. The area around the hotel was safe and there were restaurants within walking distance. However, as for my room, my shower was clogged with hair and the problem extended further into the plumbing, so my sink was extremely slow to drain. The result was water all over the floor in the bathroom. A real mess. You can see this had happened before because there were water stains all over the room on the carpet. It was disappointing.

Our stay at Juliana Hotel Brussels was wonderful! The front desk staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The dinner at the restaurant was absolutely spectacular, and the breakfast was honestly amazing — everything was delicious and beautifully prepared. The hotel has a great atmosphere and excellent service overall. We truly enjoyed our experience and would definitely return!

Delightful stay - great customer service, location, amenities and rooms. We visited when it was almost 100 degrees! The air conditioning and pool were great ways to cool off. This hotel is on a quiet corner, so it’s very peaceful during the night even when the World Cup was playing. Within walking distance to all the museums, monuments, parks, architecture, restaurants and shops. We will definitely stay here again when we’re passing through Brussels. Shoutout to employees Gabriel and Gianluca for being so friendly and helpful. Budget breakfast was very filling. Great place for families. And convenient from the airport.
