Very good stay overall. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the location was excellent – close to both Antwerp Central Station and the city centre. Good value for money and I would happily stay here again.

Excellent stay away from the busy areas of Amsterdam. One minute walk from the train station. Albert Heijn grocery store next door. Much closer to everything in Zandaam then it appears on the map. Excellent property. Rooms were very comfortable and had everything we needed. Would absolutely recommend for solo or family travelers.

Great location on a lovely canal roadway. We would choose to stay here again. Easy walking distance to lots of restaurants along the canal roads and to most Amsterdam attractions. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room was wonderful. Comfortable bed, lots of pillows and a seating area with windows to the canal. Breakfast is available on site but you must order the evening before and specify a time. There's a small bar with table seating for drinks on site. Our bathroom was stylish and had a towel warmer which was helpful also for drying clothes if needed. It is an historic canal house concerned to a boutique hotel, so expect narrow staircases and smaller rooms. However there is an elevator.

We enjoyed the location of the hotel because it was close to the main train station, the metro and ferry. The breakfast was also good, and the staff were friendly.

Amazing property… Definitely do the breakfast. It was five stars.

Fantastic location, great customer service, perfect choice when In Amsterdam

The staff was very courteous and friendly. However, the room we were assigned on the first night was quite a shock. The shower was located in the bedroom with only a single glass wall for separation. There was no sofa and only one chair in the room, as well as just one small bath towel provided. Overall, the room felt more like a closet than a proper hotel room. Given the price we paid, we expected a much more decent accommodation. The following day, I requested a different room, which we received that evening. This room was significantly better and met our expectations. That said, I believe a discount should have been offered for the first night, which unfortunately did not happen. Overall, the hotel is very clean and modern.

Excellent location in the heart of the EU quarter, some lovely restaurants and lively bars close by. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room I was in was clean but it did not have air con, while it did have a fan the room still got very warm which made sleeping challenging. That being said I will be staying there again in the near future.

Great location, very close to Grand Place and within walking distance of many attractions in central Brussels. We didn’t need a car for most places, although you would need one or public transport for Atomium and Mini-Europe. The staff were very kind and helpful, and the air conditioning worked well. The main downside is that the hotel has no parking. Street parking is expensive and not ideal, but I found a nearby parking garage for about €31 per 24 hours. Checkout was a little difficult because there was nowhere to stop the car near the hotel to load our luggage. Overall, a very positive stay, especially if you are visiting Brussels without a car.

Used to be a great location in the middle of everything. Unfortunately the streets around are super dirty and smoking weed everywhere on the streets. If you want to fail your next drug test go to Amsterdam. No clue why the city charges 21 dollar city tax for such a mess! The room is small (old building) but has everything you need. The gym is very limited for a hotel this class. Great bars in the Hotel and exceptional staff. The Hotel focuses on the LBGTQ+ community. Not sure as a „normal“ person you are very welcome there. Would not go again but mainly bc of the city not the hotel.
