great to have well-equipped kitchen and laundry. Spacious. My favorite place to stay when I visit Perth.

Fabulous stay! We arrived early and were able to check in. Lovely breakfast and complimentary happy hour drinks. Great location. Would highly recommend.

The hotel is in a good location, close to the city centre and Northbridge. Kings Park and Elizabeth Quay are quite walkable, particularly the latter. The rooms are spacious, clean, and mostly have basic amenities. We were a little unhappy that dental kits weren't available in the room, and we were asked to come down to the reception to get them, as opposed to being helped out by housekeeping. We also needed an extra chair as we were working from the hotel, but were informed that we would need to come down to the reception after hours to grab one from the lobby. For a hotel this size, I felt that our requests should have been more straightforward and the service was slightly disappointing. Overall, still a good place to stay.

Friendly and helpful reception staff. Big spacious and clean apartment. Central to all sightseeing around town and easy to walk every where.

Love the heritage rooms and the big bathrooms.

A beautiful hotel. The rooms are nice, but the lights/power switches are frustrating. A little bit dusty. Towels were not in great condition. Breakfast buffet was delicious and the overall location is nice.

It was ok, but missed the mark. I usually try and be positive but this place markets itself as a chic inner city stay, the reality is it feels kind of cheap and is abit grubby. The quilt wasn’t in a cover and was foul and stained and the horrible industrial grade carpet had really weird stains too. Appreciate that the noise and arrests happening outside aren’t the properties fault but it all added up to a weird stay.

I had a great stay our room was modern clean and comfortable the buffet breakfast was amazing would ve happy to return for another stay again in the future

Bed was very comfortable, roof top bar has a good vibe, would definitely stay here again.

There were cockroaches in the room and on top of the main server bench R23 The toilet was bubbling during the night.

Stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment, was fantastic. I like being on the ground floor, the main resort was a 5 minute walk away. Nice big pool, bar area, and kitchen. Not many people around, lots playing golf, very nice course.
