Shenandoah Golf Vacations

They say they are 4 star but I’ve been to nicer 3 star hotel. The quality just wasn’t there, the front desk couldn’t even break a $100 for tip money. Room keys kept failing and security seem lacking but Georgetown is as safe as you get in DC.

Nice spot- stayed here during a business trip. pros: comfy beds good pillows, lots of different lighting options, decent water pressure and a Mini fridge in the room and the temperature was comfortable. Cons: I was confused about the breakfast (it comes with some stay and not others but it was never offered as an option at check in and no explanation). Not sure what the extra $70 “resort” fee is for as I don’t believe there are any “resort” style amenities.I had to hunt down the ice machine (it’s on the 2nd floor btw). Could use a little spot to purchase snacks/soda/water, etc… since there’s no room service. Wanted to order from the restaurant downstairs but there were no menus or contacts in the room so I ordered door dash. Overall, I had a good stay, there’s just a few details and some clarification from the staff at check in, that I believe would have made it better.

I loved the location and the premier room I stayed in was a lovely sized space for two!

Wonderful stay! Beautiful hotel!

The staff was super helpful, professional and very welcoming. From the doorman who was always ready to assist to Fenton who I believe is their restaurant manager, they went out of their way to make our visit to the hotel and the cafe a great experience. We had family members that came to join us for drinks and they were all so impressed, the whole family is now coming to the hotel for our next visit! (Some had gone to the Westin and some to the Ritz). The place is beautiful and location very convenient. Thank you for making our visit to DC a pleasure.

We had never stayed by the wharf when visiting DC.We booked a room with a view. It turned out to be a great decision. Wonderful location !Restaurants all along the River. The staff was very helpful. My husband was having health issues and they were very attentive.
