Good location, lovely staff and nice breakfast. Rooms looking a bit tired, especially the carpets, but otherwise everything we needed.

The room is clean and tidy. The staff are friendly and helpful. I couldn’t turn on the TV using the remote control and had to use the main power switch instead. The staff offered to change the room, but it wasn’t necessary.

Convenient location, good view of dockland, apartment in good condition

Nice apartment with beautiful views. Probably won’t stay there again as it was difficult to use the building’s facilities. We weren’t allowed to use pool/spa/gym without induction. Check in is at 2pm and Induction time is at 7pm so we missed a day of access to the pool.

We loved staying here, it was clean and very comfortable. The tram is right outside, casino a short walk up the road. So easy to get to all of the CBD shops.

Absolutely everything was impeccable. From the spotless room with incredible views and the comfiest bed to the wonderful staff. We booked this hotel for our elopement wedding and it was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Jai our main point of contact was incredible. Thanks again

Clean spacious room with great view of the cathedral. Housekeeping were very efficient and friendly. Breakfast was very good quality with great coffee. Hotel was stunning in a beautiful quiet location, away from the city hustle and bustle. Overall we had an amazing stay.

We enjoyed this boutique hotel for Room comfort and space, lounge breakfast,proximity & walkability while on a quiet street, helpful staff.

Staff were friendly and helpful and the location was central and very convenient for what I needed while in Melbourne. Room was quite functional for storage and layout. Overall I was happy with my stay. Being from North America I could not believe there was no ice available. In general the room was clean but the shower could use a real thorough deep clean because tiles and faucets had mold/mildew. My bathroom sink was not draining properly from my arrival and even though I reported it and apparently a service request was submitted it wasn’t fixed until the morning I was checking out. Also the TV remote wasn’t working and took some assistance from the manager to get a second type to be able to change channels. Couldn’t make outgoing calls from room phone and quite a few times when I tried calling reception with questions no one was available.
