"I was very comfortable at Mid City Motel. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It is quiet & protected & within walking distance of shops, eateries & all the central facilities. It has covered parking off the main street which is great. The staff were so helpful & friendly & supportive. I will be staying here again on my next visit to Ballarat & happily recommend to others. "Breakfast was perfect. Good coffee. Good value as well. Dining was super convenient because of the direct connection between the motel and the Red Lion Hotel next door. I could not get the TV connected to the internet (maybe instructions would help). Otherwise really excellent service, spotless and well maintained venues with genuinely friendly attentive staff. Indoor pool, sauna and games area all excellent. Very impressed with the motel and Red Lion hotel. Thoroughly recommended."
