「kind staffs」

「Room was very comfortable. We really appreciated the staff allowing us to check in late and leaving the lights & heating on for our arrival. Would stay at the motel again.」

「Perfect stay」

「Great property. Well furnished and equipped. Clean and tidy. Very comfortable and stress reducing bath in the bed room. The traffic noise was a little intrusive but did not affect our sleep. Overall a very good place to stay」

「A lovely country hotel. Very clean and tidy. The staff were super friendly and very nice meals in the bistro.」

「I enjoyed comfortable stay. I would like to visit again.」

「I was incredibly surprised how good the room was for such a reasonable price. Plenty of room, comfortable beds, clean and new at the time of our stay. We will be staying here again for our next stay in Ballarat.」

「the free wifi didn't work ! very frustrating...don't advertise free wifi when it doesn't work」

「Super market is near--2 minutes walk. Nice lake view restaurant is 500 meter.」

「From the moment we walked into our room I absolutely hated it. It had such a bad smell, room wasn’t clean. It’s very old and outdated and the beds are horrible. You can feel the springs in the mattress.. avoid this place!」

「The property did not have Wi-Fi. I asked about this at the reception and they said they have it on repair request but unlikely it will be resolved before Christmas. I understand properties have to undergo maintenance, but there was no mention of this whatsoever during our booking, and I wanted to work remotely during our stay which was challenging without the Wi-Fi. Other than that, the rooms were quite clean, well maintained and the facilities were overall in good shape.」

「Excellent location and property」

「Very pleasant, clean motel. Good value for money.」
