No prior notice our room and the hotel was going to be without water for two hours (10-12) the following morning, we only knew by a note left in the room, not informed at check in, no offer of water etc, meaning our room was useless to us for the last two hours of our stay, so we checked out early, the hotel were unwilling to do anything. Apparently it was unplanned according to reception, however the note said scheduled maintenance.

Great location with the next tram stop in a walking distance; a really cosy hotel at a reasonable price. Very helpful and friendly staff, clean room and comfortable beds! Acceptable food choices if you take a morning bite!

This hotel was historical, beautiful, and updated. Every detail is perfectly chosen. The bathroom and shower were incredible and the rooms so comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Would 100% recommend.

Asked for an early check in and they said they would message us when room was available. After killing many hours in the heat after spending the night on the trails we came back to sit in lobby and magically when we asked again they found a room. Wifi barely reached the room. It was essentially unusable. Shower door wouldn't shut fully, and loud neighbors on porch next to us until 22:30 when we had an early morning.
