The room was clean, and the staff were very courteous and helpful. The room setup was strange with low ceilings in places due to the rafters, the narrowest staircase (with split steps) that I have ever used, and only one window in the door to the small balcony. Skylights were largely covered with snow, and noise from the next room continued until the late evening. Not exactly what I expected, so overall just okay.

Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, dommage pas de climatisation et de machine à café dans la chambre. Le petit déjeuner pourrait être plus riche et les prestations à commander notifié sur la table.

Nice hotel, but lacking on the 5* experience side of things. Older style hotel with well maintained rooms, but the tub/shower setup is terribly cramped and dangerous for showering in. Nice rustic, chic rooms without AC. This is only a concern during the day during heat waves, but still should be noted. I would recommend this hotel to elderly folks who are into old school hotel setups, but not for the younger, sophisticated traveler. The hotel location is also at one side of town, and is a 20min walk into town for dining and shopping.

このホテルに４泊したが、場所、施設、スタッフの対応共に素晴らしいホテル。ツェルマットにはもう一軒の老舗ホテルがあるが、比較した経験ではこのホテルが抜群と思料。特に、朝食スタッフの対応が素晴らしく、ここのエッグベネディクトは絶品。 迷った時にはこのホテルの宿泊をお勧めする。

Breakfast was gorgeous and all the stuff were very friendly. I enjoyed my stay at Kipling Hotel, and I would love very much to come back here, next time with my family.
