It was easy to check-in into the place as communication with the owner was quick. Even when I realised the hair dryer was taken, they were quick to replace the next day. The location is close to the landmarks in Tirana so we could easily walk to and from our place, whilst so many dining options and shops around. The ac was quite good and the room was clean before we got there. Minor improvement would be having extra mirrors particular for our room as we had a few girls doing makeup.

Short version: it's a reasonably priced small hotel near the centre square of Tirana. It's a bit difficult to find, being down a fairly uninviting side street. Room is clean and modern, with a good vibe. Facilities are basically a free-use coffee machine in the lobby, but otherwise breakfast etc are outside purchase only. There's a decent supermarket not too far away, so there's ample opportunity to pick up something for breakfast to keep in the fridge if you don't feel like finding a cafe in the morning. Most rooms have shared bathroom facilities, so take that on-board before booking. Location is hard to beat, though, since it's a short walk to a number of sights, restaurants and bars, so it's ideally suited to a short trip where you don't want to spend large amounts of time getting from hotel to tourist sight.

Pros - Nice and quiet as away from the centre whilst still being walkable for able bodied travellers. Good service . Nice room. Very effective AC. Very comfy bed and pillows . As you would expect from a hotel if this stature. Cons - Had a problem with shower delivering not hot on one day. Also shower gel not replenished. So had a bad shower experience for one day. Asked for complimentary breakfast to compensate and that was given with zero fuss.

The property itself is beautiful, and the restaurants are excellent, especially The View, which had the best food of any dining venue on the property. Unfortunately, the service experience did not match the quality of the resort. There was a noticeable aloofness among the staff, particularly at the front desk. Interactions often felt indifferent, with little acknowledgment or greeting from employees. As a result, the property lacked the warm, welcoming atmosphere one would expect from a resort of this caliber.

Perfect place for holiday in tirana

A gem! We received a warm welcome on arrival and greeted with hospitality. Our room was great, had everything we needed. The family works so hard for their guests. Fresh homemade bread, gorgeous homemade jam, and anything else you can think of for breakfast. They even accommodated our request to watch the F1!!! We hope to return
