This was a fantastic experience. The woman who I believe manages everything was the best. She helped us check in and showed us the luggage storage which was so nice! The room was very well appointed. My husband loved the French press coffee in the room, and I enjoyed the tea. It is in a fantastic location. We would stay there again! We can recommend it enough!

The staff are the best. Helpful, friendly, courteous without resorting to bowing and scraping. The rooms are wonderful, and the bar is a buzzy window into the world of the movers and shakers of hip Helsinki. The Kamp ain't like the Ritz.....the Ritz is like the Kamp!

It is luxury grand hotel with history! They also newly renovated the property! Neoclassical style! All staffs are very nice and friendly! The room is quiet spacious!

The process is not that of a conventional, but is easy enough, once you get used to it. The rooms are very spacious and well-appointed. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall a nice hotel experience, great breakfast and facilities. While outside the city centre, the location is still relatively convenient and provides good access to tram and buses. The wifi is fast and worked fine. There is a beautiful lake and nature area around it as well. On the negative side, I found the ongoing ventilation noise inside the room a bit annoying. It would have been nice to have full flexibility to the airflow instead of constant and subliminal noise. The gym could have been a little larger and I would have liked to use the room shower in cold water. It allows for hot water but only medium warm/cold, not fully cold.

The room was nice with really comfortable beds. Having a nice gym and sauna in the hotel was great. Probably one of the best things was the nice kitchen we had access to.

We really enjoyed our stay in this perfectly located hotel. It was very comforting and helpful to have the WhatsApp communication throughout our stay. The room was clean and compact, everything we needed was available to us. Apart from the room being slightly too warm (perhaps we couldn’t figure out the HVAC system) everything was in great condition. The price point was excellent and it was perfect for a weekend stay. Highly recommend for a few nights in Helsinki.
