Great property, hostel vibes but with your own room. Gym, pool, rooftop, cafe downstairs and location is impeccable. Would stay again!

Great stay at a decent price. Friendly staff, daily room cleaning, working AC, good lighting, all the bathroom essentials, a comfortable bed, TV and wifi available, and a closet. Felt safe. The 1 PM check-in was a nice perk since most places check you in later. Very convenient location too, close to the subway and lots of restaurants nearby. Can't complain at all.

In general the experience was above and beyond what my family and I expected. The only note I would like to leave is that the rooftop experience was a bit overwhelming in that, being a paying guest I didn't expect to compete with non-guests for prime sitting spaces during sunset with views which we primarily chose hotel for; Space for non smokers would be nice.

I didn’t like that the bathroom didn’t have a door , only the separate toilet . Not very nice when you are staying with a friend no privacy . Also supposedly the roof terrace closes at 11 pm , the times it was closed when we tried to access and it it was stil 10pm , our room was very dark . Didn’t eat at the hotel . Only ordered room service - club sandwich once it was ok not great . Staff were friendly .

The check-in process was not excellent. We arrived at 4:30PM and our room was not ready. We had to wait for the staff to find an available room, which was not our first choice. However, later the hotel offered to move us to another room, which we did not make because it was inconvenient. The manager improved our stay by giving us free breakfast which was excellent. The hotel is in an excellent location, close to restaurants, museums and shopping. We would return

The hotel and bedroom were clean. However, the A/C was not working very well, and the continental breakfast was terrible.
