Check in was super easy - fill out info on line, submit document pictures and you're done. Email was sent with access codes to the building and the room - easier than carrying keys around. Place is very clean, nicely appointed, modern, with individual AC/heating in rooms. Everything works nicely. Great location between 2 metro stops, close to Atocha train station, museums, Plaza del Sol. Also has lockers for your luggage downstairs, if you staying in Madrid for a little after check out. Will definitely stay there again.

Staff were good. Location is excellent if you dont mind walking a bit to most tourist spots like plaza mayor, the palace, the cathedral, etc Room was not that good. They gave us room thwt was like in the middle. The window. Was small and open to just hole in the middle of the building. The air in the room never feel fresh. Maybe other rooms can be better but our room was definitely not good.

Good location, with a 15 minute walk into the heart of Madrid and where all the shops and restaurants are. However, there are many other shops and cafes en-route. The hotel is clean, has a good vibe and classic rooms are fairly decent size. The gym is small but serves the purpose, the adjacent swimming pool is small (did not use it) and is adjacent to the deck chairs in a pleasant sun area. Nearby public transport is excellent, within easy reach and allows you to reach various ends of Madrid within about 30 minutes or so.

Breakfast was great. Salad, fruit, eggs, was what i ate but they had meat, cheese, beans. Fresh and delicious. I looked forward to breakfast every morning. Service was efficient

Had an incredible view. The breakfast was very good, though the room had too much of a "cafeteria vibe."
