Great location! Very nice hotel and staff.

Room bathroom smelled of a not clean toilet with bidet. Never had enough towels, hand towels, washcloths for everyone in the room. Constantly had to find towels. Room was always about to be cleaned or almost going to be cleaned when we needed the room. I knew about the resort and parking fees, but what a joke! You already have an enormous bill of staying there, but to be slammed with a $120 per day additional charge!!!! And, don’t plan on eating at hotel….. $30-40 for basic hamburger or chicken strips! Wow! Inconvenient bracelets have to be worn for room key. Not the easiest to keep track of and fall off easily!

We had 3 adults staying there. It was advertised for 3 adults, however, the futon foldout was only big enough for a kid. We took pictures of our adult kids and their heads went over the futon. However. After complaining, the owners dropped off a double/queen blow up mattress, about the 3 day into the stay, meanwhile one of the kids had to move into our room. So, bad news, the room was not set up for 3 adults, but good news after days of complaining, the bed was corrected.
