The venue has plenty of both professionalism and personality. Staff were helpful, courteous and efficient, and the amenities - including the rooftop bar and comfortable lobby - made it easy to find space for work and play.

Great location and good quality accommodation with online check in and check out. Restaurant was amazing as was the roof top bar. Disability bathroom was not needed but no big deal. Staff at the reception desk seemed fine but distracted a bit. Great quality overall.

Bathroom for room 815 was not cleaned well before check in. There was some scum and dirt in the walls, and soap resudual stains as well.

Excellent location to the city and attractions. Hotel is well managed and in excellent condition. Breakfast is lovely and freshly made to your order. Swimming pool is lovely but a little cold. Excellent gym facilities if you like that sort of thing. Room was spacious and well cleaned. View from our room was excellent from our uninterrupted view of park and river
