Rooms are really small. Instructions on placing the card in the slots you enter to be able to have power (this was not mentioned at the front desk). The staff was great! Wished the parking was affiliated with the hotel to avoid a ticket

Great customer service at front desk! Great location. Enjoy the breakfast at the lobby. Clean and nice room with a view to the city. Looking forward to next visit and will definitely recommend it.

The lady at check-in was a bit short with me at check-in when I told her my booking was through expedia and included breakfast. She goes,"can I see"? I pulled it up and started reading what my booking was to include and she cut me off and said "can I have your phone" with a rude tone. Between her accent and her fast talking it was unclear what she mentioned a few times and when i asked her to repeat ahe seemed so irritated. I was worried about the stay after that but everyone else was pleasant and I wish I had names because another women and man on the desk during our stay were lovely and kind. The first morning my only breakfast option was Carbs (mini bagels, toast or cereal because I do not eat meat but I do eat eggs and the cook decided to make ham omelettes for the buffet warmer. Not everyone eats meat so if your going to so that, you should offer a plan egg. There was already like 3 types of breakfast meat out. Day 2 they had scrambled so I at least had protein. Hubby and I found everything cold but alot of that is guest fault, leaving lids open etc. We did check out the gym. The room was spacious. A bit outdated but clean. Bed was comfortable. You kind of stepped up into tub which left shower head low. Great for those of us who are between hair wash days lol but hubby had to fully bend over to wash hair. We had the executive King suite. 16th floor. Location is very convinent to mall and cute coffee shops. Uber/skip options to this location are endless.

Great boutique hotel located 20 mins drive to downtown Toronto. Self check in and out but easy to follow via instructions from email. Great communication and efficiency thru email. We will definitely stay there again
