Ford Island Cheap Vacations

The location was perfect and the staff were wonderful ! Mahalo!

Beautiful unobstructed view

Great location, very walkable to shops and food! First timer in Hawaii the island is beautiful! Go out and explore the island! Pool is very busy, full both on the adult side and family side there seems to be little to no pool service. I guess I’m used to more hospitable pool sides ( I went end of Sept) I also noticed ppl with wrist bands in the pool area from other resorts so it’s not an exclusive pool area ( downfall for me) Weird smell from room toilet (had to shut door to sleep) hated using it reminded me of a public restroom Staff was great and always very helpful! One thing id like to mention is the usage of the cabanas and resort chairs I feel like as resort guest it should be included should not be at an additional cost. I’ve never experienced this except Disney type vacations. All this being said I probably would not stay at the Sheraton again but I will definitely be visiting the island!

Property is in a great location and beautiful views. Villa was roomy and nice. Most of the food/drink places didn’t open till after 11:30 AM, which is late for Hawaii. Especially on the hot beach. They don’t keep the pools clean. A resort this nice and price tier should clean the pools better, and keep clean throughout day. Beach chairs and umbrellas could use updating. There was sharp flaking paint and rust on the lounge chairs. Usually properties similar to this like the Waldorf or Four Seasons have staff that keep the property and beach cleaner. I think it’s more comparable to a Hyatt, not as nice as the Omni resorts or above.

Room was beautiful, very clean. Staff was very helpful. Will stay again when we go back.

Everything was great except partial ocean view means you have to go out and hang over the side of the balcony to see the ocean!

We had a great time! Grounds are beautiful. Only downside is the 4am rooster wake up calls as the windows even closed don’t keep any sound out. But regardless, we loved our stay!

Odd request to turn off AC everytime we leave the unit..we like to come back from a beach day to a cold place. Pillows were the worst. Great location and close to many restaurants

I had corner unit so I overlooked at Bay great firework show on Friday night from Balcony loud cruisers in evening with blaring music heard all the way up to 16th floor not in properties control, Shopping Ala Moana mall almost attached convenient bridge to walk across with out have to cross streets
