The hotel is in great location. It’s just a few steps from restaurants and bars. We enjoyed our time in Brussels.

I had a truly excellent stay at Juliana — the overall level of comfort, attention to detail and service is exactly what you would expect from a refined luxury property. The room, spa and overall atmosphere were outstanding, and the breakfast in particular deserves a special mention — one of the best I’ve experienced, with fresh, high-quality products and great execution. I would also like to highlight the concierge team, who were consistently kind, attentive and genuinely welcoming — a great asset to the hotel and a pleasure to interact with throughout my stay. If I may share one small observation, I believe the cocktail bar experience has the potential to be elevated to fully match the level of the rest of the hotel. With a slightly more structured approach, it could become a real highlight. Overall, a fantastic stay and I would absolutely return.

Rooms are very big and clean. No issues. The bed may be a bit hard for some but all good. Staff that we interacted with were excellent. Shout out to Dorothy who checked us in late at night and checked us out in the morning (!). We asked to eat dinner very late at 9:50pm (10:00 closing time). Dorothy worked with Igor (at the restaurant) to accommodate so this was greatly appreciated. The food was great and delicious. Well done. Breakfast was included and there was a big selection - which included smoked salmon, omelettes, down to the usual eggs, bacon, breads, fruits, pastries etc. there were also hot and cold drinks, juices Well done

The Swissotel Amsterdam was a lovely place to stay. So central with a tram stop right out the front, and surrounded by hundreds of amazing food vendors. Only short tram rides to museums, Albert Cuyp, the Heineken experience and Jordaan. The staff were extra lovely. The room was a great size and was well air-conditioned for hot days. Would stay again.

Whatever I say about this property wouldn't suffice. I looked hard for a negative and couldn't find one thing lacking. We were left comparing this property to a 5 star property in Paris, and this property was much beyond even that! Comfortable, convenient, fantastic staff, drop dead gorgeous property, excellent amenities. Yes, it's heavy on the tab, but you feel like it worth every $ you spend. We stayed here at the end of our trip and it was a nice way to treat ourselves before the long flight home. A special mention to the comfiest beds which just envelopes you leaving you refreshed for the next day. My family thoroughly enjoyed the amenities which includes a steam room and a sauna. Didn't have time to use their spa treatments, but we will repeat if we are ever in this part of the town.

Great modern apartment and very close to Centraal Station. Most site easily walkable from this apartment.

Very good location and a great view of the river

Nice room, very clean
