conveniently close to St Mark’s square, u have to go thru a bridge to get the hotel. accessible to everything. 5 mins away fr San Marco Giardenetti Vaporetto stop. hotel lobby and breakfast being served is superb, lots of variety. Room we had was 308 needs some renovating, dim light but bathroom is clean with good water pressure

Courteous staff. Excellent location, just off the busy area but on spot for quick access. For me a great location for exploring Venice. Clean rooms

Just everything was amazing

Room was rather disappointing, with synthetic bed linnen, uncomfortable pillows, no place to keep clothes, just some hangers like low budget hotels. The breakfast was industrial without fresh ingredients or healthy options, mostly processed food. The location and view was good.

One of the best locations ever i have been , we enjoyed so much, staff always trying to make your experience a top of the line , highly recomendable 8 minutes away walking from Rialto ,

The hotel is really beautifully decorated, keeping up with Venizian style, spacious and clean. The reason for lower rating are the following: 1/no complementary water in the room (small water bottles available in mini bar for €8!). Water is such a basic necessity I would have expected from a 5* hotlel, 2/ no kettle not coffee machine in rooms, 3/ Cleaning staff was entering our room every evening without knocking and didn't speak English.

Great to stay just south of San Marco. Great restaurants withing a short distance. We were just a few minutes walk from the Academia and Peggy Guggenheim museums and very minimal distance from the Academia Bridge. The hotel is lovely. Breakfast was great and a good way to start the day. Servers at breakfast were very friendly and helpful. We stayed a week and were glad to be out of the busiest areas but still close enough to everything.

Staff were lovely. We had the 2 bedroom suite and wow! Lots of choice at breakfast. Can walk everywhere from here (about 15/20 mins to Rialto bridge)
