Checking in was easy. Self parking is across the street which was very convenient. Hotel staff are extremely nice and welcoming.

Beds were good altough the bed covers were stained everything else was good.

My wife and I live in Connecticut. This is our go-to hotel when we have to attend a function in Manhattan (rather than driving back). It is superb and has excellent suites at reasonable prices.

My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.

Me and my significant other have stayed at the Plaza/St. Regis/Ritz Carlton and 5 star hotels all over the planet. This was by far the best service/view/experience/food I’ve ever had. There’s Luxury and then there’s Mandarin Oriental Luxury.

Great location and very good hot breakfast. A foldable luggage stand in the room would make this place perfect.

Clean was no good .

Housekeeping did not provide washcloths second night stay. Room door would stick and was very difficult to push open. Air conditioner would not reach to the cool setting. These little annoyances degraded the stay enjoyment.

Very dedicated staff and a great location but, the whole place feels small and cramped. Even the roof top bar is basically a hallway shoehorned into a small area on an otherwise large roof.

Everyone who worked here was wonderful. Kind, helpful and friendly. I stayed by myself and always felt safe. I am going back in November!
