Hotel is showing its age. Hot water was not hot enough, carpet in the room should be replaced as parts of it was popping out. Staff were great though.

Very clean room, staff very friendly, nice pool, breakfast very good, buffet very good, concierge very helpful to organise 5:30am taxi. Would Stay again if visiting this area of Singapore.

The room was in good condition generally ……. One or two observations : In the shower one has to climb into the bath and sit on ones knees as there was no support for the shower head - probably OK for anyone under 60 years old - I had difficulty at 70+ ….. Actually, I didn’t bother with a shower this morning before checking out as it was too awkward …… The sink had no warm water despite running the tap for absolute ages … such a waste of water - I only needed a shave …. The sink was also cracked and leaking water …. No shaving sachet nor slippers - the floor is wood liminate over concrete I guess and as such is very cold, I wore my shoes all the time ….. Once showered the floor was very wet meaning I used up all my towels …. Finally, a warning notice on the toilet hold dispenser not use the toilet paper other than for the obvious reason …. 🤔 All in all quite a strange experience ……

Staff were helpful, extended our check out time and breakfast was lovely 😍. Thank you for a convenient stay.

Plenty of good food options very close and easy access to the MRT if you want more. Room was standard, pretty good value.
