We were very pleased with all aspects of our stay at the Nobis Hotel. Everyone was extremely helpful and professional. Would highly recommend it to travelers to Stockholm.

I had an okay stay at Hotel Reisen overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was good—perfect for exploring Stockholm and within easy walking distance of many sights, restaurants, and the waterfront. One minor downside was that there weren’t many breakfast options nearby that opened before 9:00 a.m., which was inconvenient when I had an early start. The main disappointment was the wellness area. The sauna was quite crowded during my visit, making it difficult to relax. The pool was also much smaller than I expected and felt more like the size of a cold jacuzzi tub than a proper pool. Unfortunately, it also did not appear to be very clean. Overall, the hotel has a fantastic location and clean, comfortable rooms, but the wellness facilities could use some improvement, and early-morning breakfast options in the immediate area are limited.

Great location, nice staff and breakfast but the bath/ shower was not very good. Weird set up: hard to get in and out of bath as it was quite high and then the floor gets completely soaked when you shower as the glass door did not do much. Maybe review the bathroom situation as it really lets the room down. Also review where you put the plugs.

This was one of the best hotels we stayed during our Scandinavian trip covering Norway, Denmark and Swedeen. The rooms were very spacious, and the bathroom and shower facilities were excellent. The hotel is also conveniently located, with easy access to Sickla Metro station. The staff were very friendly, even when we checked in at 1 AM—the receptionist greeted us with a warm smile. Breakfast was excellent and worth every penny. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Room was cramped. One of the lights didn’t work, the toilet ran non stop, and the shower soaks the entire bathroom. Beds were hard and uncomfortable. But the staff were lovely, and the location was nice- quite walkable and also near a metro stop. It’s a novelty staying on a boat but likely wouldn’t stay again.
