I’ve stayed at the Riu twice now for two nights each time while in Toronto for Blue Jays games, and I would definitely stay again. The location is amazing and within easy walking distance of the Rogers Centre and so much downtown. The staff are always so friendly, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and the showers are great. The complimentary breakfast is honestly one of the best, and Alex makes an amazing sangria! My only small complaint is that the elevators can sometimes take a while since there are only three for the hotel. Other than that, I’ve had a great experience both times and will absolutely be back.

It was an absolutely wonderful experience all the way through, the staff was attentive and genuine. There was warmth and real hospitality, welcomed with some sparkling wine. We were able to enjoy treatments at Stillwater Spa, and fabulous drinks at the Writer’s Room Bar at sunset and had a wonderful dinner at Joni’s , the in room meal were lovely. The design and comfort for the rooms was very tasteful along with the overall aesthetic of the hotel full of art and texture. The most amazing part was the staff from the front desk, to concierge to the staff opening the doors or servicing the room it was really exceptional, thank you for making it unforgettable

Great location for walking”Old Toronto” And Eatons Mall Too bad no lounge/Dining on site Breakfast was OK Definitely not a 20 minute walk from Scotia Centre/Rodgers Centre Very clean and Quiet
