I had a wonderful stay at Bob W Vienna Döbling and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vienna. The apartment was modern, stylish, spotless, and very well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, the bed was excellent, and having a fully equipped kitchen made the experience even more convenient. Everything felt new, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly clean. The location is also great, with good public transport connections that make it easy to explore Vienna. The whole experience was smooth and uncomplicated, and Bob W offers a perfect combination of the comfort of a home and the convenience of a hotel. Excellent value for money and a great choice for both short and longer stays in Vienna. I would definitely stay here again!

Air conditioning was excellent. Room was clean and staff was helpful and nice.

Terrible hotel! When we tried to go to one of the restaurants we were told they “were all booked up for next 3 nights by group tours!” The room AC was loud and squeezed so we had to turn it off and the room was sweltering hot. We asked reception for directions to a restaurant and they were rude and unhelpful. The housekeeper didn’t empty the waste baskets twice, didn’t replace two towels and once didn’t bother to clean the room or make the bed at all! Way too expensive for a less than acceptable hotel!

Great location to visit the sites and walk the city. Very quiet and comfortable.

I was a bit perplexed by this property. I booked it as it had a kitchenette and coffee machine. However on arrival, I found the whilst the room had a fridge, hob and microwave, I had no pans, utensils, bowls, etc. There was only one small plate, two cups and two glasses. When I went to ask, I was told that some rooms have everything (the neighbouring room had pans, a colander, etc) and some don't have the basics. I spent the first hour of my stay begging for a pan, a bowl and a wooden spoon. I was told they were busy and to come back later. No coffee machine like in the photos either. There was a coffee machine in reception available to use until 11am when clean mugs were available. On the positives, the room was clean, the gym was a nice addition, albeit lacking air con. On the negatives, bed was against the wall neighbouring the lifts so there were inevitable clangs of operation. Also, the light above the bed didn't work so the room felt dingy. Overall, this hotel didn't live up to expectations but things that could be easily fixed with a bit more attention to detail.
