The hotel and rooms were very clean. The bedding was crisp and the bed comfortable. Air conditioning worked well considering Vienna had a heat wave of 34/35 C. Garage was very clean and convenient to the elevator to the hotel. Would stay here again.

So convenient as it’s only a few meters from the Ubahn in a very safe and lovely neighbourhood. The apartment was fantastic. Beautifully designed with kind and responsive staff. Our aircon wasn’t brilliant but they sent a technician with 2 excellent portable units to cool the room down which was great. The pool is wonderful after a full day of exploring or it’s in a great location to take a dunk in the Danube (which we did!) We wish this brand had apartments all over Europe as we wouldn’t stay anywhere else!!!

The service here was outstanding, the staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and genuinely happy to help with anything we needed, big or small.
The rooms were spacious and spotless, and the location is great. But what really made the stay was the air conditioning: during these brutally hot days, this was the only place in Vienna where we actually felt cool.
Highly recommended.
