Vienna Woods Cheap Vacations

First of all, the staff is very helpful! Amenities are great (welcome chocolate and a bottle of water). Our biggest disappointment was our expectation based on the pictures of the hotel seen on the Expedia app. The building on the picture is actually part of the Schönbrunn palace and that is not the hotel. The rooms seem a lot more spacious on the pictures but that wasn’t really the issue. It was more the representation/ expectation after seeing the pictures of the outside of the hotel vs what it really was. The A/C was working, we could hear it, but wasn’t cooling down much.

Absolutely stunning immaculate interiors, only 2 minutes walk from a metro station and 5-10 minutes walk from the main shopping street. The staff were incredibly friendly, the food in the restaurant was amazing, the staff in the restaurant were very helpful and wonderful. Everything was perfect, thank you so much.

Really clean and an enjoyable stay.

Great spot. Staff was awesome, friendly, helpful and available. Very accommodating. Location great for museums. Next to great chocolate shop! A/C was great, nice little things they did well- didn’t cut corners.

This hotel is outstanding! The service, the breakfast is like a five-star hotel. The location, the rooms are nice and well functioning. I can only give this hotel my biggest recommendation. I stay there every time I come to Vienna

I was living in a room that should be a non smoking room, but when I opened the door, sigar or cigarillos have been smoked there, by earlier guests. Room need to be thoroughly cleaned, carpet need deep cleaning, all curtains and walls need also to be cleaned. Check of each room should be checked by a representative from the management or head of cleaning staff. Do your due diligence before handling a room to a new customer.

The property is impecable! Our room was a lovely and very comfortable suite.the dining room & bar well attended and the food and drinks delicious! We enjoyed the pool, and hid from the August heat. We will return !

Basic room was a generous size. We also appreciated the large bathroom and great shower
