By far the best hotel I have ever stayed at anywhere in the world. Staff were amazing!!! No details left unturned. Anything we needed they assisted with. Room was beautiful as well as the entire property. It is in the heart of the city by all the areas you want to be near or easy access to the public transit system.

Leonardo Smart Hotel (stay in Vienna) was great. The facility is very new - so new the airport information wasn’t familiar with them. They are just a short hop from the Airport Bus (24/7) loop, which stops just a few short steps to entry.
Comfy rooms are just the beginning. Staff were very helpful and this was the perfect place to stay the night before an early flight. The price is great too, so might be worth it if you intend to be sightseeing around Vienna all day and just need a good bed and shower to recharge for the next day.
