Hotel located about 20 minutes from city center by bus or tram, excellent connections and frequencies. Staff is the best, super friendly, attentive and helpfull. The rooms are very, very spacious with comfortable beds. Breakfast, loads of choice. All fresh with a large variety of fresh good quality produce.

Nice clean rooms, nice reception staff and a good breakfast. The hotel is located in a quiet area.

Wonderful staff. Cozy room. Pet stay for free which is huge, some hotels charge €39 per night. They also have a nice apertivo spread. Great location.

Staff was amazing. It was our first trip to Milan so the staff was very helpful in recommending restaurants. Most of the staff spoke multiple languages (including English) so communication was easy. The on-site restaurant and bar was a nice place to relax after a day of sightseeing.

Superb location for my need to be by the main station for a brief overnight stop in a longer journey. Good value single room with a good shower. Met my needs.

Great location, short walk from Milano Centrale train station. Clean, quiet room.

I was upgraded for free which was nice. The room was very big and comfy and it even had a balcony.
