Everything was good

Location is central and easy to get to.

The room's nice, but it's small. And it was super cold in there, plus it was freezing outside. I had to go to the lobby a bunch of times to ask them to turn up the heat.

Nice hotel, rooms and breakfast.

I mostly appreciated the staff all amazing and very helpful in guiding us with public transportation etc. Thank you all for an awesome birthday trip!!!

I was unimpressed by this hotel. Not sure how it qualifies as 4-star hotel; I would give it 3 at best. (It is comparable to a Days Inn in the US). I loved how big my room was, but it felt like furniture was missing. I ate in the lounge one night and the food was okay and it was convenient, but I found better meals at a better value within walking distance nearby. I think my expectations were higher based on what I saw online, but overall, it was a nice place to stay while I was in Milan.
