It's the old hotel but large room and shuttle buses from to the airport and narita station.

I came here as a solo female traveller for my first trip to japan and honestly it was amazing!! The room was very clean and I liked the layout a lot. The lights in the room are dimmable which is a plus for me. Staff were also very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. One small drawback was the walk to shinjuku station is a little longer than I personally would’ve liked but it wasn’t bad at all!

Clean rooms, staff was excellent. Great acess to different places

We stayed in a large quad family room that was well appointed with 4 comfortable full size beds, TV, machine to boil hot water. We appreciated the slippers and pj’s provided. Staff was attentive, welcoming, and helpful. We made use of the Lawson convenience store at the hotel. The beds were very comfortable. The only noted was that the bathtub did have a small leak in the main bathroom when showering. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend staying here.

Property was clean, professional and helped us when we needed it. They do support luggage transport via 3rd party so we could be able to go to the airport bag less. Washer and dryer worked. Recommend getting Flair or something to unwrinkle your clothes but that was the only thing we had to do ourselves. Great place for a 7 day+ stay.

Everything a traveller might need, restaurant, onsen, luggage store, laundry, etc. Excellent hotel, fantastic location, adjacent to the national botanical gardens. Super helpful and friendly staff.
