I arrived at 1:30pm, the front desk agent wont allow me to check in early even the room is ready. But when i spoke to other employee might be a supervisor, she check in me and help me in the counter right away.

Firstly the staff were friendly, and the food in the restaurant was good. The location was perfect for visiting Wembley stadium and the theatre.
That said, the hotel would benefit from investment in modernisation and refurbishment. The reception area had high windows made the space feel unwelcome. Surrounded by a seating area with old worn settees. As for the hotel room furniture was quite dated. Lift area and back areas could do with a good clean.
