Stay away from this place! The most unhelpful staff I have ever come across! Also there was no air conditioning, and when asking about it at reception they said it was a maintenance issue. However, when speaking to other guests they mentioned theirs was working just fine. It cannot be a maintenance issue if they already have fans left at the room door, but it’s worse to think it’s deliberate! It’s dishonest to say the least, but the fact that works in certain rooms and not others leads me to think perhaps they select who gets air conditioning and who doesn’t based on how they booked. The location is great, good train stations on short walk, loads of restaurants, the Westfield and supermarkets. The breakfast is not worth the extra cost!

My room was located in the very centre of the building and I was relieved to see air conditioning was available for my room. The room was clean, and perfect for what I needed it for. Full days out in London only returning to change before going out for the evening and sleeping. My only gripe was the bathroom, the temperature on the shower was a little bit unstable, the loo is a little bit to close to the wall meaning there isn’t much room for someone who is 6’4” lastly there were exposed wires sticking out the wall, presumably where a light or mirror use to be situated. Minor complaints. I would happily stay here again.

Staff were helpful and friendly, breakfast was really good-lots of choice.
