Staff were very friendly and helpful during check in. Rooms are a lovely size They were mainly clean just a little bit dusty The area is lovely too just a short walk from train station to amsterdam, Zaandam is also beautiful to explore

Loved this hotel It was a small room but high Tech

I had originally booked a single room. Within 24 hours of booking I called to change the room to a double as my husband was also able to join me and we needed a bigger room. It took about 10 days for them to give us an answer as the manager was only on property from 9am and sometimes left around 2 or 3 pm local time and only on weekdays and didn’t address the situation through email either. This delay cost us about $1000 in added flight cost as the prices went up as we kept waiting to get a response. When we arrived I mentioned this upon checking in but the person shrugged it off with a simple sorry. In addition the air conditioning was very noisy and even though I complained two times nothing was done to fix it. Overall it was not a pleasant experience.

It is convenient from the train station and downtown

The location was very good to be able to walk around the city center. The staff were all very professional and friendly and helpful. The room was was very clean. We enjoyed our stay
