The hotel is in a great location, close to restaurants and shopping. The free breakfast buffet is convenient and a added plus. The room is clean and spacious.

Our room was given away when we arrived. They gave us a different room. The room was not prepared for guests. The one bed has no bedding. There was no coffee cups and no water. They said they would send up an extra bed up, as the room didn’t have enough bed, never came. No joke the one towel in the bathroom was covered in someone blood. All over it- literally a bio hazard. They refunded us $35 for the bloody towel issue. The electrical panel cover had fallen off the wall. For $700 a night it was an extremely over priced hotel that is in dire need of service and an renovation.

It’s an alright hotel in a good location for a nice short trip in the city. The elevators are terribly slow, and almost always filled with cleaning staff at the worst times. The Amtrak staff stay here.

The hotel's prime location is highly advantageous for retail activities, with convenient access to several dining establishments. The accommodations were satisfactory, and the culinary offerings were acceptable. Upon arrival, our room was not prepared, resulting in a one-hour delay before we could be accommodated. As a gesture of goodwill, we received a $50 credit however, the extended wait was both unreasonable and inconvenient. Given the price point, a seamless check-in experience is expected.

Given the 4-star hotel status and high-cost /high-end location, I expected more. No place to fill up water bottles (except in the basement with water cooler). The rooms were very bare, carpet felt a bit old/unclean, and there were no drawers/dressers for clothing. WiFi wasn’t great and required continually signing in almost every time I used it. The shower handle broke off during our stay.
