The hotel was basic, but very well located. The Metro was basically a minute or 2 away from the hotel. It was very clean, aircon was excellent, staff very helpful, very near all major tourists spots / attractions. I would definitely recommend it to anyonne, especially to first timers in Athens. Perfect location to get around the city. Felt safe in the hotel and the area. Worth the money paid for.

Severe health and hygiene issues - confirmed bedbugs. We experienced a severe hygiene issue during our stay at this property. Within the first 48 hours, my husband began developing severe bite marks. We notified the front desk immediately to request a deep clean and fresh bedding, but the issue was dismissed as local outdoor bug bites. Despite thoroughly checking the room initially and finding nothing, we later discovered a dead bedbug under the covers. We have photographic documentation of both the insect and the daily bite patterns. Other guests have noted similar experiences in past reviews. Travelers should exercise caution when booking this location.

Cleanliness was an issue for me. The Hotel wasn't clean therefore I felt unclean. Dust on the wall attached hair dryer and a lot of other surfaces. No bathmat, no washcloths, scratchy towels. Bed linens were the bear minimum, one crummy pillow, and just sheets, no blanket option. One member on staff running around trying to do everything, front desk, paperwork, checking if rooms are ready, answering to customers, leaving the front dest un attended when customers need to get help and out the door. All I want to say is I will not be back to stay there.

BEAWARE NOT WATER FRONT

The hotel was at a great location; not far from the attractions, but also in a quiet neighborhood. It’s was quaint and clean, too, and the staff was very helpful. I would have given it 5 stars, but our first night there the AC didn’t work so we had to tell the reception desk, and it was fixed by the following night. They even offered to put us in a different room, but we declined. The toilet water was also always running all the time which was annoying at night; we just closed the bathroom door and it was fine. I would stay here again though— those were not deal-breakers.

Clean large room with a sea view large comfy bed and towels changed daily. Lovely breakfast eggs cooked to order but no granola. Lunch menu good food delicious. Picture of balcony on Expedia misleading and larger than small balcony that you get with a superior room grade. Large pool plenty of sun beds

Great staff. Friendly and helpful. Breakfast is impressive. Combined with the good location near restaurants and the lake it is highly recommended.

This hotel is fine if you need a place to stay overnight near the airport. I stayed twice... one night at the beginning of my trip to Greece, and one night at the end. The first night was fine... room was adequate, nothing fancy, but ventilation was good. Breakfast was good. The night at the end of the trip, not so good. I was put in a room on the ground floor that had precious little ventilation, and seemed to host quite a few mosquitos. The man who owns the hotel is very nice, drives you to and from the airport for no extra charge. He also organized a nearby seaside restaurant to come and pick me up and return me to the hotel for no extra charge. Don't look for frills, and it's a long ways from the city center in Athens, but mostly fine for my needs.

A must if you are in Athens and especially if you need to be close to the airport. Michael was lovely and so kind! We had previously left a terrible hotel that we booked online for our flight. We quickly searched for another hotel and found this gem! It’s a beautiful property on the water. We had a sea view, spacious room with a bottle of wine waiting when we arrived. We literally booked it an hour before. Eating at their restaurant was a treat with fresh fish and salad. Andrew was our server and he was delightful. This place is a 10/10. You will not be disappointed and we will be back on our next trip to Athens! Thank you

Booked last minute due to its proximity to the airport and was really good. The food, rooms, hospitality and spa, all defied my expectations. I literally thought I was just booking a hotel for the night and it turned out to be great. 💯recommend!!!
