Reception staff and Hotel are nice. Had a beautiful sea view. Bonfires night, the nightclub continued until midnight which kept my child awake. Had an awkward moment with Emilie Ornqvist at breakfast where she refused to allow the Chef to make an omelette - we had one for the last 5 days. We even offered to pay for this but she refused - poor customer service from this individual and was quite rude. A good Hotel let down by an individual.

A light and airy modern hotel with beautiful views from the restaurant and bar terrace area. The room was quiet and clean with everything we needed. Car charging is available at the hotel. Breakfast was excellent with an extensive choice.

Liked that we had a spacious suite with a terrace. However, property on the whole was quite dated. Room had a damp smell and we had to ask staff to empty the fridge, as it was full of someone else's food including half a packet of smelly meatballs. Breakfast options fairly limited and coffee cold - they did have a gluten free roll for me on request but no other gluten free options.
