「I arrived to find the site completely deserted and no answer on the supplied phone number. As it turned out I had failed to realise that having made the booking there were further steps to take that don’t happen with mainstream establishments. I was supposed to supply ‘government ID’ in advance; which in my ignorance I failed to do. Cut a long story short, I turned up, couldn’t get in and was thankfully lucky enough to procure a room at the nearby Travelodge, albeit at an exorbitant rate. ...

「コッツウオルド観光するには最適な場所であったが、ホテル専用のカーパークがなく公共カーパークに止めざるを得なかった。ただしそのカーパークは近かったので不便はあまり感じなかった。 ホテル受付の方が大変親切で助かった。また良いアドバイスも頂いた。　」

「普通の家をホテルにしたような感じで、ロビーがなかったので、しばらくは入れなかった。掃除のおばさんが来てはじめて入れた。英語がわからないのでこのままは入れなかったらどうしようと思った。事前にメールで部屋の入口のカギを解除するパスワードが送られてきていたらしい。ﾎﾃﾙｽﾞドットコムには、あたかも受付がいて、対応してくれるように書いてあったので、改善してほしい」
