Quaint new hotel, very helpful staff. Rooms small and somewhat cramped but with a beautiful view of the mountains. Still working out the kinks of a new property including renovations/beautification of landscaping and pool which was very loud from 7am-10pm every night.

The hotel towels in our room look worn and very thin. The bath towels are fairly small, about 2/3 the size of the regular towel size. Some of the towels are gray/off white instead of white. The AC unit blows air directly to the left side of the bed which made me sneeze badly. It also makes noises like dropping sand to metal, waking us up a couple of times during the night.

This hotel was absolutely wonderful and made our trip to Engleberg so worth the detour we took to go there. The staff was excellent with the most note worthy service being provided by Freya and Lazio. We stayed in the Epoque room which was one of the loveliest beautifully appointed rooms with rounded windows but modern Scandinavian style furniture and a gorgeous up to date bathroom! And the bed was extremely comfortable. We had an outstanding experience and highly recommend this property.

Centrally located, polite staff, quiet rooms with blackout drapes and AC. Bathroom was modern and clean. Rooms and general facilities are dated but clean. A good base to explore from.

Beautiful hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. Room was spacious and comfortable. Best breakfast buffet I have ever encountered. Convenient to Zurich HB.

This Hotel is fantastic! We really enjoyed our stay here, the staff are super friendly and the location is stunning. We would definitely stay here again :)
