Well situated. Accessable by car, outside restriction zone but within walking distance of center. We received a beautiful room on the fourth (top) floor but in the summer heat the air conditioning was insufficient and noisy. The hotel gracefully transferred us to a lower floor.

I had a perfect stay! The hotel was spotless, beautifully maintained, and in a great location. The staff went above and beyond to make everything comfortable—friendly, helpful, and always with a smile. From check-in to check-out, everything ran smoothly. Very nice 1 night stay

Great hotel! We had a wonderful experience! Friendly and professional staff. Breakfast foods could offer a larger variety, including fresh fruit, but otherwise everything was great. We enjoyed the convenience and proximity to Malpensa Airport and the shuttle service was excellent.

The rooms are spotless, with great attention to cleanliness and detail. What stood out the most was the friendly and helpful staff—everyone from the reception to the restaurant was genuinely welcoming and eager to assist.

The room did not seem clean. However, while we were having breakfast, I accidentally left my handbag behind. The staff member serving breakfast took the time to bring it to the front desk, which was very thoughtful and kind of her. Thank you!

Everything is so beautiful and clean in this hotel. The garden in this property looks gorgeous and make me feel relaxing and peaceful. Love it! Staffs are very nice and friendly. Excellent service! Will come back to this hotel again definitely.
