I can’t complain about anything with this hotel! Everyone was kind, the rooms were clean, and employees were helpful.

We did not actually get to stay here due to the hotel being under renovations and didn't have enough rooms for us. The customer service was fantastic though. They already had a "just as good; if not better" nearby hotel room reserved for us. They even had all payments and information already switched over seamlessly. The lobby of the hotel look really nice, and I will definitely keep this on the top of our list for when we return.

From the friendly welcome & communication this hotel makes sure you are fully informed Once the room was ready the warmth and smile from the front desk young lady eased away the delay getting my room allocated. The room was cosy & quiet I am sure this hotel will always have a warm welcome with a smile for all customers

This was by far the most personalized stay we’ve ever had at a hotel. We were personally shown to the room and all amenities were explained. The amazing staff thought of every detail. We would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Salzburg!

Good hotel, not close to the City center but easy to walk. The restaurant was fab!

I have stayed here for the last four years. Each year it has slowly become more expensive with less amazing. This year was the worst and I think it is time to find a new hotel to stay in. The rooms they have put me in become smaller and less useful. This year my room didn’t have a separate shower. I am 67 years old and it was very difficult to step over the tub to wash off. Never mind trying not to fall down once inside the tub. My room created a leak in the entrance way. They said that they had no staff to fix the problem because it was 6pm. There solution was to put a towel on the floor which was later replaced with a plastic bucket. I got zero sleep because of the dripping into the plastic bucket was unbearable. It felt like torture. I don’t understand why they didn’t put me into another room. To add insult to injury. The next morning the fire alarm went off while I was washing myself off in the tub. I found out later that the alarm initiated in my room. The fire detector was on the ceiling right next to the water leak. I don’t know if the water leaking had anything to do with the activation of the fire alarm. I didn’t do anything differently than the previous days that I washed myself off. But they said that the alarm went off because of the steam from the hot water. Again this is supposed to be a luxury hotel. This year I paid for two rooms and I am coming back to Salzburg in December. I am extremely disappointed with my stay and asked to speak with the manager unavailab

Check in was tricky with just a machine but at the end it worked.

Self Check in was fairly easy, Easy to make our own key cards with instructions provided in the foyer. In all good for a short stay. A couple of restaurants nearby serving nice food. Breakfast was ok, limited crockery was not washed up quickly enough to keep up with demand

The hotel is very basic. There is minimal reception and there are no amenities, but the rooms are spotlessly clean and there is breakfast on site. The bed is comfortable with good linen, the air conditioning works well and it is in a quiet location with ample parking. It is a bed for the night, it's not luxury but it's good and I would recommend it if you were visiting the Red Bull Ring.
