I had accidentally booked the wrong dates, and the booking was non-refundable. However, the hotel kindly agreed to change my reservation to the dates I needed. The staff were extremely polite, kind, and welcoming. The hotel itself was one of the cleanest, coziest, and most beautiful places I have ever stayed. I truly appreciate their kindness and hospitality and would definitely stay here again.
